AFG is a solid business. I know several brokers affiliated with AFG, and their performance is very strong.
However, the stock itself is highly manipulated. With daily trading volume under $500k, it's easily subject to manipulation. Below $1.5, just buy&hold and wait for the interest rate cuts. Nothing to worry about.
