It's an absolute joke. It's inexcusable for a company listed on the ASX, who claims to be professional, to have these sorts of problems.
If the third party isn't doing their bit it's as simple as hiring a new team. I'd rather wait a month or two whilst they bring the new team up to date then have RET waist valuable time for the next three years.
