Next time you say that try dropping "just". You're a working dad with a single income family, there is no just needed, it sells you short.

The woodlots vote was nay. Other here may explain the details but in short unless you said you wanted to exchange your woodlot for shares then you still own the woodlot. Which is good as it still has some value.

So, I think you there is no change for you, hence the insurance bill. Many others here are in the same position as you so they may comment.
