They both are going to be terrible investments. VBA is going to the wall, they simply have committed too many past sins. Their debt expansionary business model of years past is coming back to bite them like many companies we have already seen. I don't know how much debt they have, it may be 1.5-2 billion, I just don't see them able to pay that back by being the low air fair price leader while in a recessionary environment for quite some time to come.
