Voted yet? Resolution 7, The "The limited employee incentive plan". The issue of up to 170 million shares over the next three years, you can't be serious! Even at today's pathetic share price that's $6 million for a board that hasn't even come close to achieving any timelines. Im voting no to resolution 4 as well.
