Distribution Reinvestment Plan

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will apply to the distribution of 1.75 cents (unfranked) per
stapled security payable on or about 8 May 2009. The issue price of securities under the DRP will be a
2.5% discount to the volume weighted average price of securities traded on the ASX over the fifteen
trading days following the record date.
The calculation method described above is in accordance with the DRP and replaces the information
provided in the interim distribution announcement released on 17 March 2009.
