Isn't it interesting that those on the outside always seem to know better than:

Those who are in charge, who are in a position to consider all the facts, who are privy to information that is not in the public domain, who are trained in the relevant fields, who have the qualifications to make the decisions, and whose job is to make those decisions in the best interests of the shareholders, who have the time to consider all the alternatives and have access to consultants who can help in the decision making progress, and finally who were voted into those positions on the basis of their past performances.

I for one prefer to trust the latter, as I am in no position to second guess their decisions.
