    last tim, 3 months ago when there was volume near to todays level that announcement came out soon after.. on the rock chips. so there were buyers who knew it was coming. from the lab to the company, someone knows its on the way.
    this time the results are expected. possibly results are on the way and positions being taken is a reasonable guess.
