IMO we are past the tipping point already, because it would take at least a decade but more likely 2 decades to aggressively restructure our economy to be internationally competitive, apart from changing the culture of the average Australian worker.
This critical issue is not even being SERIOUSLY discussed by policy makers now.
Re defining our national employment identity is a mammoth task.
