Apologies; my previous post was not clear:
The price LJ pay for shares is set relative to the closing market price over the past 20 days so they could aim to sell high into spikes and then drive the price down when they are about to convert more shares. Anyway the company is working towards alternative far less dilutive sources of funds. My guess is further licensing deals or something similar like JV's. That will be a major milestone.
