Just finished browsing the annual report. APC, when it was engaged in the SOPotash agenda was a punt, but a good idea with some promise, that was ambushed by circumstances. The current manifestation of the company has the hallmarks of a welfare operation for the benefit of the key personnel and searching for a reason to exist. I, for one, would be perfectly happy to see the company wound up, or used as a back door entry to the public market by someone who has a scheme worth pursuing.
