Get a new CEO for a start. He is simply not equipped to be leading and growing a $500m market cap business. Too many failures this year for shareholders to have any faith that he can deliver. I hope I'm proven wrong, but we haven't seen anything else that gives confidence he is the man to do what is required to capitalise on this opportunity.
Plus hire a GM Commercial and a dedicated business development function, working with a CMO and specialist marketing resources to effectively take these opportunities to market. Do something with the $20m you've taken as we've seen nothing in 6 mths other than multiple distribution deals which have amounted to F all.
