This is an interesting development regarding re locating communities. I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned before especially given that it was mentioned in the Blue Ocean research. It might explain why the western end users have been staying clear of mns. It looks like KNL are about to sign their second western off take and they are capped at 25% of mns. The problem with KNL is their resource is very small and they don't have any super jumbo or jumbo flake so I can't see them signing a car manufacture, I might be wrong but I think it will be another steel or engineering type company.
It will be interesting to see who the second company is to sign a western car manufacture after syr. No guessing who my money is on, but again time will tell.
