IMHO this really complicates things for Mns as far as offtakes and future financing goes . The uncertainty of relocation costs, any red tape and supply delays would all be factors being considered during due diligence by any prospective end user company . Why not just move on to the next supplier who can meet the demand ? This could possibly be the reason why Mns has not had any western off taker sign on the dotted line yet !
