hmmm.. brt's 'value' at $1M today?

people look and see how can they get a $4M loan on this figure.

yet they forget BRT has largely (confirmed by now) $20M earnings for this year.

this figure was re-iterated by MGMT no less than 3 times this year.

at no point did BRT MGMT say we were at risk of not reaching this goal.

a $4M loan in this light is not a major matter.

together with the uplift in 2-3 yrs time with earnings of $40M-$50M... we are talking peanuts really.
