Now we have a bunch of folk who have to handle the fallout by way of problem gamblers, broken families, pay out more welfare to those who suffer as a consequence of this form of tax raising. No hand held devices in cars. Now we have more people in hospitals and in the morgue, as a consequence. Just so a few selfish folk talk with each from within their cars. Why? Is anything so important that it's worth risking yours and other driver's lives, simply because it has to be said???
