I was not aware of this.
When I said that " the buybacks may last longer than previously expected", I meant that it could go beyond the end of FY 24, if they suspend the buyback until the end of December.
My understanding is that the official buyback is until the end of Dec 23.
But they also said that they expect to have an excess level of capital until the end of FY 24. My interpretation was that they would probably do share buybacks until the end of FY 24.
