Price may have gone above the allowed max payable per listing rule 7.33.
Cant remember exact details but ballpark is you can’t pay more than 5% above 5-day weighted average.
I haven’t bothered to check in depth, but the way the HLI share price has been moving I think the 7.33 cap is the most likely reason for no buybacks.
