I thought the same about Asian bakeries, but have since changed my mind as they have become quite good at doing the traditional Aussie cakes, etc.
Had a plain hamburger in Moree once, and noted that the beetroot came as standard - is that normal for NSW? If yes, then it's a thumbs-up from this Victorian!
