They are pretty useless.... management does not have the capability to turn this into a significant business ... i mean there is a massive market out there and they seem to be struggling to gain much further market share and relying on cross sell way too much...they keep talking about a SAAS model ... without major market share SAAS model does not work in my opinion as you need as much scale as possible ..also the cost to income ration it too high conversions to cost are too high...etc.. pretty concerned that they are moving way to slow...
