"Mafioso close" at 1c coming up I expect. UW placement shares issued, then 'well timed news' to allow those recipients to pump and dump out for a 30% profit over a day or two, leaving another few hundred bag holders who then wonder why news dries up for many months afterward.
I did ask management not to use this broker again after the last operation but same result coming up I expect.
