You have hit the nail on the head my friend... poor project management.
There are literally $10's of millions to be written off in one state alone, let alone the whole country.
It is almost as if the alignment of ODG and Haden as 1 company will be used as an excuse for a poor full year performance due to the costs that will be incurred from the roll out of redundancies.

Keep in mind that NFK has come out and said that they are too small to be listed on the ASX (even though they are approaching a turnover of $1B), smells fishy to me and looks like a ploy for someone to buy the company extremely cheaply.
