I am with you stardestroyer. it will be some time before these guys need a cap raise because the facility will keep them going for at least another year. the only reason for them to go to market would be if they have an acquisition lined up. Given that Klaus has been on the road, drumming up interest, this is a possibility. on the facility, it is a while before it needs repayment and if the company is going well i am sure that discussions on debt equity swap would be on the table
