The new IA government have extended EPM license and reduced their cost/work commitment is a very good sign EPM is NOT on the new government target list from banning. As you said, Carl personal experiences working with the locals and understand the environment issues to do right for the locals with a win win outcome for all parties, to me is perfect management to ride this new exciting chapter of EPM REE potentials.
Perhaps, down rampers are right about those insignificant minor issues that's why EPM share price is still lingering around the 2c mark. As mentioned, to me it means EPM got so much potential price appreciation once the JORC for quartz, cryolite & fluorite etc come out within the next quarter, then perhaps the market will understand how undervalue EPM is. This is very bullish for me to know.
