I guess the dilution comes in terms of the profit per share or something along that line. i.e. if $1 profit is to be shared amongst 100 shares, each share gets a 1 cent profit, but with 200 shares, each share only gets 0.5 cent profit. So in terms of share price, less gain if you have more shares issued? Or if you look at market cap, if we are targeting 1bil,
1 bil = number of shares * share price
so if you up the number of shares but keep 1 bil constant, share price has to go down.
