    Just one more point.

    The dilution if it is accepted that the share price is not inflated is aproximately $8 million with a market cap of aproximately $500 million this equates to about 1.6%.

    If the share price was reasonable at the close yesterday at 24 cents if the SP falls below 1.6% the market will have over reacted to the share placement IMHO.
