Of course, there is a risk as there is with any company but IMO PBT2 is very close with no risk at all, IMO, and with huge demand. Antibiotic resistance is a bigger problem than COVID in the world. But even a human PBT2 study is needed before commercialization and we know it is coming (the otitis media study, maybe others as well).
ATH434 study is a brain iron chelation study (the main outcome is iron content in the brain). Iron content is elevated not only in MSA but also in PD, AD, brain trauma, ALS, etc. Potentially also a huge need.
