If its a large fund is this on behalf of a large russian group.
Just my useless thoughts, back in feb this year was in Bangkok and read in their Bangkok Post about the Russians how they want to be involved big time with nuclear and are looking at either acquiring established projects or starting from start.
This smells and feels like the russians back a few years ago they exploited CSM dragged their price down from $5. to .55c and then announced a takeover, in one years time the share price went up to $7.00.
Its smells and tastes the same.
