what's happening to this stock?

Wow, I check the share price this afternoon and $1.105? That's the lowest it's been in over a year or something if I'm not mistaken.

I really thought this stock might have performed a bit better over the course of this year, but seems to be drifting backwards into oblivion. Is it just simply the recent ruckus over farmers and CSG? Or is it the lack of recent meaningful announcements by BOW? Maybe a little of both I guess.

Ehhh... quite frustrating to hold this one, I guess the SP will just keep floating backwards until a new announcement....
