    Regarding to the announcement on 18th Feb.
    The announcement incorrectly stated that a pre-condition to the scheme prodceeding was OZ MINERALS not becoming aware of any material adverse change in its confirmatory due diligence by 3 February 2009
    So will that have a affect on the price tomorrow or the future? thanks
