Does anyone know why Syrah's potential top tier customer for graphite and vanadium - Chalieco - is doing Syrah's Vanadium Scoping Study, rather than it being done by an independent outfit? I'm sure there must be a good reason, and if there is, I am hoping someone will explain it to me. Thanks in anticipation.
