There hasn't been anything written about CLR for a while and...

There hasn't been anything written about CLR for a while and since its hit its 52 week low and had a little bounce I thought maybe someone could shed some light on where this company is at?
The AFR has been reporting that CLR is a takeover target for a while now and since the short sellers, if there were any, have dried up, maybe there's some buying coming back in?
They've just come out with Pre Feasibility announcement and from the little I know they seem to have some great assets that could potentially be snapped up.
Can someone please add some comments as to why this stock is where it is and if there is anything holding this company back or other companies back from buying or investing in?
