Ive emailed both FAR and Envoi asking what the situation is, ie. is envoi still marketing for FAR and if so will there be an update to the prospectus for Senegal (which can be obtained online at the envoi site).
It would be interesting to see whether FAR has changed any terms such as seeking of full reimbursement. Obviously, with only being able to offer up to 38% share (provided FAR retains the desired 30%) you'd expect that full reimbursement wouldnt be necessary.
But all this would seeminly be irrelevant if talks are sufficiently mature between a 2nd partner as we speak. The lease extension may be all theyre waiting for?
Interesting how when I inquired about the share placement, FAR got back to me within an hour, and last time I emailed evnoi I got a reply that same day (UK time ofcourse).
Its only been 2 days since Ive asked and I guess I'm just being impatient. I'll post any update to the situation.
