On Sept. 27, 1905, Albert Einstein's paper “Does the Inertia of a Body Depend Upon Its Energy Content?” was published and therein Einstein disclosed his theory that E=mc2. At the time this was news and now well over 100 years later E=mc2 remains a FACT. The simple passage of time has not changed what Einstein discovered.

As awildana has been highlighting rival NASH researchers are failing to achieve success at various points along their way to finding a treatment for NASH. At the time awildana posts these results they constituted news but now they are FACTS.
Another piece of news which Immuron released was that there is absolutely no difference between Travelan and IMM-124e which was news but now is FACT.
The FACT that IMM-124e prevents travellers diarrhoea and at the same time reduces LPS levels and serum ALT and that rival proposed treatments for NASH are failing to achieve milestones might be considered FACTS upon which to make a judgment about the future of IMMURON then again perhaps they should be ignored and treated as old news and used to wrap up the rubbish ready for the bin.
