One rough scenario

so with 1.3bill shares and a likely open between 1c-1.5c
mrktcap 13mill-19.5mill .......Mr lee and others will need to throw in some more funds --5-6 million?? IMHO get the plant up in running get some of the PXG ore processed(and their own) and sell of the US nickel projects

then take the plan to merge with PXG as a win-win for both parties i.e scrip offer
1 PXG for every 12 KMC shares etc

With the goal to get a 1moz+ gold reserve in place (4moz resource) and to ramp upwards to a 100koz p.a 60-70mill EBIT goal..

Shares==-146m PXG + 154mill odd new PXG shares from the merge (+56mill pxgoa)
total dilution =356mill (50-60cps)

but I do think PXG could reach the above value without KMC just from IGV takeover est
