What's happening with LINCD

As per binding HOA on 17/01/19:

1. HT8 must call an EGM within 45 days of this HOA
2. Within 7 days after the EGM one HT8 board member must be replaced by an FGF representative
3. Once LINCD hits $600k revenue, another HT8 board member must be replaced by an FGF representative.

Considering FGF has since delisted from the ASX due to compliance issues surrounding incorrect classification of business on the listing, this is of concern for a couple of reasons
1. Directors who have demonstrated an inability to stay listed on the ASX in regards to crypto begin to populate the HT8 board after a crypto acquisition
2. ASX is going hard at incorrect business classification surrounding tokens and crypto etc - to the point where many are saying it's unclear and impossible to be properly classified as a business in the crypto sphere on the ASX (though this is probably just a coping mechanism) - but I'm sure our HT8 overlords who have been predominately distribution and retail haven't/won't correctly adjust their listing.

What is even happening with LINCD though? The date for the first replacement of director has been missed by nearly a year. The only reference from HT8 about LINCD since then has been regarding the accounting for the acquisition itself in the annual report - no operational or strategic updates given.

As far as I can tell HT8 has given FGF 16% shareholding for assets that were purchased for <$1000 cash a few months earlier that they don't even intend to use.

Does anybody know what is happening.
