I think so - last I read (I have so many lithium stocks now, I'm getting out of touch) they say sampling shows more Nb "over the creek"
I take that to mean as shown in these snips.

1. General view of the area - note scale bar reads 1,5 km. MI6 ground to the west, with plenty of pegs, and the RR1 ground to the east. (The boundary is N.S.)
NYF pegmatites (the N for Niobium) are usually found near or actually in the granite intrusion, LCT pegs are in a cooler zone further away, so there is only slight reason to expect MI6 has Nb. - However I have not yet studied the basement geology in this area.
Looking at RR1 - the main Nb swarm runs N.W - S.E. from the pin saying 'RR1 Nb Pegs' - the possible 'jump the creek' reference could be as shown in the N.E. - but there are also pegs across the creek along trend to the S.E.
