    I am holding RCR on the assumption that
    their 2010 2011 earnings may be 10.9ps and 11.7ps
    on that basis their earning = 14% and 15% at sp .78c
    which is not too bad.
    but your statements about low ROE concern me
    can you reconcile the above?
