The article in the Fin Review today sheds a lot of light:

1. Sigma were not too forthcoming with data
2. New CEO thinks he can do the turn around and may have a deeply discounted rights issue
3. The class action still adds doubt!
4. Board was in turmoil and that is why they needed extra week
5. The board is likely to reject the bid.

I say let the shareholders decide if in fact they do procede to a bid, but this may be revised down or scrapped!
