    What's a fair value for ayg if this $6.5m is used to pay down debts & if next quarterly shows a couple of million $$ in profit..without r&d expenditure ayg should be well and truly cf positive. Announcement after close of market which was a strange decision, could be some buying tomorrow who knows, surely this can't stay so cheap for long!!
