Whats happening with this stock, page-46

I was on this back in 2021 and I remember Barry giving a presentation and just casually waving to part of the plant, I think it may have been a concentrator or something, and just with an off the cuff remark saying, "Oh we need to re-locate this". He was so casual about it but they had made out during the acquisition that they were buying a ready-made project and I will thinking "red flag!" and bailed. Got out at 3% loss and wow did i dodge a bullet on this one.
Could be a massive redemption story if the expected bull market in copper prevails but I feels the macroeconomic sentiment is holding back investment
