I doubt that the s.708 are responsible for the fall. Anecdotally, i've noticed that after a placement, big volume spikes don't tend to occur until price is much higher than the placememt price, commonly between 50-100%. This was only a small placement so debatable how much impact if any it would have.

A quick volume analysis tells us we don't have anything to worry about beyond the general malaise the entire market is facing. I'll be buying if price stays at these levels. Just waiting to see the outcome of the FOMC in Jackson, which starts tonight.
