That would be more what I expect.
Couple of unknowns though.
1. Central banks and governments withdraw their stimulus. Bearish for copper.
2. A US Dollar collapse with central banks moving out of US Dollars and pricing oil and other commodities in other currencies. I would expect Bullish for Copper
Interesting times ahead.
