I looked a few minutes after you posted and saw nothing.
Course of sales looks normal.
Maybe you saw a finger error from a trader buying and selling to himself to bump volume up. Or maybe they had just bought some, added it to the sell side and put an order in for more stock, just added an extra accidental zero.
