They shouldn't need a cap raising, there are 96 million options out there with most of them expiring Dec11 should be good for another 50m next Dec that can assist in any long term debt repayment, plus indications are they are cash flow positive with this only on the increase.
Slide of late has been around negative sentiment to the USD gold price, coupled with a long time between the quarterly reporting updates.
In response to a posters earlier query RSG have a total of 8 in resource and 2m in proven reserves (not including 20% VKA holding) accorging to a broker report
Also of note is I've noticed the share price tends to slide a few days after a change in substantial holder form (buying more) has been filed, take what you want from that and DYOR
I'm still hopeful for $3 - $4 in a years time with gold at ~1200 USD on the back of Syama production
