That offer "without prejudice" was a tactical offer to take care of the legal costs. Since the amount supposedly recovered by CHM is only a few hundred thousand dollars and well bellow the offer, looks like CHM is going to cop the legal costs too LOL
No wonder why the so called winner's share price is 1 lousy cent right now and going down the drain fast LOL
