Unfortunately for EVG they are looking at issuing more shares for acquisitions which short term may put some downward pressure on the share price. Given the market conditons over the last week you would have to worry at what price those shares will be issued at. Sold out a sizeable holding 10 days ago, will look at the share when we know more about the raisings and where world markets a heading. Theirs your risk. Safer to be in cash for now imo.
