FA is just fine, time like this, kind of uncertainty provide nice opportunity to buy them at bottom price. The share price will move up soon, when the announcement comes about the shares to be issued and the price the big investors are willing to pay.
Only LOI has signed, nothing more. BJ doesn't have to proceed with the deal if he can't raise funds at his expected level - means no more share issue and focus on LL.
Its all said before in the thread some where from memory.
