i couldnt care if it happened in the month of May rob, as long as i get my $10+ it's worth the wait. But thats not to say that the deal hasnt been done in the month of April is it now? good post though, if you've been in the market more than 5mins you'd know there's always a delay of some kind in relation to announcements.
