IMO the market is losing patience. The one draw back with LNC is that it regularly fails to deliver on its proposed deadlines. As a result the market is losing confidence in its ability to deliver. With $$ flowing out the door at an increasing rate of knots further delays on the revenue generating projects begin to undermine the sustainability of the current rate of expansion. "GAP-X" could turn out to be a management system that simply has LNC management chasing their tails.
